Muscle tension

Muscle tension is good. With sufficient muscle tension you function well and efficiently. Just look at athletes how their bodies are under tension when they move or stand still. The fascia, the body's stability system, should be under slight tension. The intention is that the tension is evenly distributed over the entire body and does not accumulateonone spot, for example, in the trapezius muscle or the groin muscle (psoas). Yoga, Pilate, sports with movement variations and jumping rope are examples of ways to distribute tension evenly throughout your body.

Muscle tension itself does not cause pain. The combination of high waste production (lactic acid) and reduced movement can cause acidification of the gel around the muscle.
